Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to LinkPulse, operated under the business name LinkPulse Media by Bussa Alessandro, a sole proprietorship based in Sassari, Italy. LinkPulse is currently in a Private Beta phase. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our software and website.

2. Information We Collect

We process the following categories of data in connection with the LinkPulse service:

  • Account Information: Your email address, profile identifiers, and authentication details required to manage your account.
  • Tracking Link Data: Tracking link slugs, destination URLs, click timestamps, and user-agent strings. To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits, we generate HMAC-hashed IP identifiers that are temporarily stored. Raw IP addresses are not permanently persisted by LinkPulse.
  • Outreach Data: Prospect emails, recipient/contact names, domains, and campaign metadata you input or manage within our platform.
  • Waitlist Data: If you submit our waitlist form, we collect your email address.

3. Google User Data / Gmail Integration

LinkPulse offers an integration with Google Workspace/Gmail to facilitate your outreach efforts. We request only the permissions strictly necessary to provide this functionality. Specifically, we request:

  • openid, email, profile: To authenticate your account securely.
  • gmail.send: To allow you to manually send emails directly from the LinkPulse interface. LinkPulse does not automatically send or bulk-send emails on your behalf; every send action must be manually initiated by the user.
  • gmail.metadata: To detect if a recipient has replied to your outreach. We retrieve message metadata (such as message IDs and thread IDs). We do not access, read, or store the message bodies, snippets, or attachments of your emails.

Data Protection: OAuth tokens used to access your Google account are encrypted at rest and stored securely on our servers. You may revoke LinkPulse’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings page.

LinkPulse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

4. AI and Third-Party Processors

LinkPulse utilizes third-party service providers to power its features. Your data may be transmitted to these providers only for the purposes outlined below:

  • Supabase: For primary database hosting, authentication, and secure data storage.
  • Vercel: For application hosting and serverless compute.
  • Resend: For delivering operational emails and scheduled outreach digests (not for your individual Gmail sends).
  • Upstash: For strictly necessary Redis-backed rate limiting to protect service availability.
  • Google Gemini: If you use the AI Strategy features, prompts and related inputs are sent to Gemini to generate strategic recommendations.
  • Tavily / Hunter: If you utilize Contact Discovery features, relevant search inputs are sent to these providers to source professional contact information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical measures, including HTTPS encryption, secure database hosting, and rate-limiting, to protect your data. However, as an experimental private beta service, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

LinkPulse currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and session storage mechanisms required to maintain your authentication state and secure your session. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies on the dashboard or landing pages.

7. Account Deletion and Data Requests

If you wish to delete your account or request access to the data we hold about you, please contact us at the email address provided below.

8. Changes to This Policy

As a private beta product, our features and integrations may evolve rapidly. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active beta participants.
